If you would like to know more information about The Ruth Project and are interested in volunteering or supporting us, we would love to hear from you. Areas we need help in are:

Referrals
The Ruth Project is a free service for parents in the Wairarapa, of any age, ethnicity, culture and beliefs, struggling with perinatal mental distress. This distress could be recent or something that has been on going for sometime, but is connected to having your precious children. We have no time frame of care but a commitment to walk with you, empowering, supporting and encouraging in-between professional appointments until you feel like you can stand strong with your village around you.
You can self refer, have a family or friend refer you or be referred to us through another agency your working with. If you would like a referral form or have one of our team members contact you for more information please email us at the link below with you name and contact details.
