Programme Information

Join Abby and her husband Michael every week on HELP!, where they dive into the ups and downs of parenting. From navigating the tough moments to celebrating family joys, Abby and Michael create a space for real conversations that many parents wish they'd had. Together, they discuss topics like parental well-being—mentally, physically, and emotionally—coping with stress, handling family challenges, and finding support within the community. Drawing from their own experiences, they share tips, insights, and reflections on what it means to be parents today.

About Abby and Michael

Together, they share their journey as parents, especially their experience with perinatal depression and anxiety, through this show.
