Here is a space where we will post up or link information, exercises, anything in relation to physical fitness for parents. Exercise is important for our physical and mental wellbeing. However, this stage of life can develop a new form exercise from our previous stages due to the responsibilities of adult life, parenting, sleepless nights, recovering from having a baby, the battle of low motivation due to depression and anxiety. 

Hopefully this space can be a place where exercise no matter what you are carrying can be achievable, fun, gentle and completed at your own pace so when your out of the difficult woods and ready to get back to what exercise used to look like, you can.
